Bag is cute

I purchased this as a gift. It seems to be well made and is a beautiful color. The cowhide is only on one side, which is the same as most cowhide bags. It is a good size, based on the model. The strap is long and adjustable. My only complaint was the lack of customer service. I paid for expedited shipping and it still took 4 days plus a weekend to arrive. When I contacted customer service, no one responded.

Beautiful bag with exceptional craftsmanship. I was a little bummed that my bag has no color on the cow print but with cowhide that is to be expected. Overall I am in love with this bag, sizing is perfect and it’s the most comfortable purse I’ve owned.

Not like the picture

Super disappointed. The bag I received was just an all pale color. No whites or browns. Did not even look like cowhide. I understand you can get different patterns of cowhide but there was no pattern and it looked like a piece you wouldn't use for a bag. I did send it back for a refund but be aware they will take $10 off for return shipping.
