Material on the cardigan balls up like crazy.

Attractive but not right for me

The sweater has some pretty colors, but it's far too heavy to wear casually. It would be great if I lived in a cold climate, but I reside in Florida. I plan to return or exchange it.

Instead of this sweater I received a men’s jacket. Contacting customer service was not easy nor were they helpful and I’m hoping I get a refund. I had to go to UPS to send it back too! I will NEVER order anything from this company again!!!
